-En la calle Colon n\u00ba 6 de Valencia, principal eje comercial de la ciudad, AZA Inmuebles<\/strong> posee un hotel de 91 habitaciones que gestiona AC Marriott, 345 plazas de aparcamiento y un local comercial de 3.638 metros que ocupa Media-Markt. Se ha desarrollado atendiendo a las mejores calidades del momento y ha sido muy bien aceptado por el mercado. Respecto al parking, es otra de las empresas del grupo, Parking AZA<\/strong>, quien se encarga de la explotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

-En la calle Ruzafa, n\u00ba 16 se ha construido una nueva glorieta p\u00fablica localizada en el centro de la ciudad de Valencia con acceso desde la calle Ruzafa n\u00ba16 y desde el pasaje Doctor Serra n\u00ba29, el espacio cuenta con m\u00e1s de 3.500 metros cuadrados ajardinados de zona de uso p\u00fablico, con parque infantil y un carrusel. As\u00ed mismo dispone de 732 plazas de aparcamiento, gestionadas tambi\u00e9n por Parking AZA<\/strong> (quien se encarga de la explotaci\u00f3n) y varios locales comerciales que est\u00e1n ocupados por marcas de reconocido prestigio internacional, como PRIMARK o Domino\u2019s Pizza y nacional como Foster\u2019s Hollywood.<\/p>\n

Este conjunto de glorieta p\u00fablica, locales comerciales y nuevo aparcamiento, as\u00ed como la reforma del pasaje Doctor Serra, han contribuido a la revitalizaci\u00f3n de los alrededores, con la aparici\u00f3n de m\u00faltiples nuevos negocios que se suman a los ya existentes, aumentando exponencialmente la afluencia de p\u00fablico en la zona.<\/p>\n

It has been developed in response to the best qualities of the moment and has been very well accepted by the market. Regarding parking, it\u00b4s and another company of our group, AZA Parkings<\/strong>, who is in charge of the exploitation.<\/p>\n

A new public square has been built in Valencia city center, with access by 16th Ruzafa Street and 29th Doctor Serra passage. This space has more than 3.500 square meters of public use area with gardens, child playground and one carousel. There also are 732 parking lots, managed by Parking AZA and several commercial facilities occupied by well known and international prestiged brands as PRIMARK, Domino\u2019s Pizza and also national ones like Foster\u2019s Hollywood.<\/p>\n
